Shincheonji, Bible Story

Shincheonji, Bible Story
<Old Testament part>

At the time of Moses, God fulfilled all the prophecies that He had made with Abraham. No one will not know that the prophecies have fulfilled if there is no record of it.  Jesus came and fulfilled all the prophecies that God had made through the Old Testament prophets.

God the Creator of the heavens and the earth was once with His creation Adam, but when Adam betrayed, He left and chose Noah. God brought judgment upon Adam’s world and created the world of Noah.

God left the world of Noah again because Ham, Noah’s son, sinned.  He then came to Abraham and promised what was to come.

After Abraham’s descendants multiplied and became fruitful in Egypt, God came to Moses and brought judgment upon Noah’s world (the world of Canaan, the son of Ham) and established the nation of Israel.

When Solomon, the king of Israel betrayed, God went to the Old Testament prophets and promised what will be fulfilled in the future; He promised to come to a child born of a virgin and be with him (Jesus) in Isa 7:14.

After this, God came to Jesus who was born of the virgin, Mary, and was with Jesus as He fulfilled all the promises He had made through the Old Testament prophets.

Then God promised the New Testament through Jesus, who after his ascension, showed his disciple John a vision of what he will fulfill in the future, that is, the book of Revelation.  He had John record it.  This is the promise of the New Testament that he will fulfill.

To the People who Persecute Shincheonji Church of Jesus

To. the People who Persecute Shincheonji Church of Jesus as a cult

To the People who
Persecute Shincheonji
Church of Jesus as a cult

Because the spirit of truth is with Shincheonji Church of Jesus (SCJ), we have mastered the Bible and teach it. Instead of persecuting Shincheonji, people should repent and come to learn.

Shincheonji is doing everything according to the Bible. How could this be wrong?

If Shincheonji is not doing things according to the Bible, let us discuss with the Bible.

Why do people label Shincheonji as a cult when they do not even understand the true meaning of the Bible?

Labeling anyone as a cult according to one’s own judgment is following in the footsteps of John Calvin. Instead, we argue that the teachings of those who persecute us because they incorrectly interpret the Bible are not according to the Bible, and are thus the true heresy.

Shincheonji has love, forgiveness, and truth, and Shincheonji prays for those who persecute us.

Bible Common Sense: Outcomes From Tree of Knowledge of Good and Evil

[Bible Common Sense]
What are outcomes from the tree of the knowledge of good and evil?

The heaven and earth that God created are everlasting. The sun, moon, stars, clouds, and winds are also eternal. The living things on the earth, however, have limited life spans. According to the Bible, God created people in his image and likeness (Gen 1:26-27). These people God created are God’s children, but can also be called gods (Psa 82:6; Acts 17:29).

People (Adam and Eve) became mortal because they ate the fruit from the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, which the serpent gave them. After this, God shortened the lifespan of his sons, making them mortal (Gen 3:19; Gen 6:1-3). This was why Apostle Paul pointed out that although death came through the first man, Adam, life comes through the second man, Jesus Christ (1 Cor 15:21-22).

Outcomes From the Tree of the
Knowledge of Good and Evil

These are the two potential outcomes for all people: life or death, depending on whether we eat from the tree of life given by God or from the tree of the knowledge of good and evil given by the devil (Gen 2:9; Gen 2:17; Gen 3:22; Jn 14:6). Just as Apostle Paul testified (1 Cor 15:26; 1 Cor 15:51-54), God’s work on earth since Adam’s fall is to get rid of death and to give eternal life back to his creation (Rev 20:12-15; Rev 21:3-4).

The seminaries and pastors of the world neither know God’s will nor do they know the Bible because God has not revealed either one to them (Isa 29:9-13; Rev 5:1-3). It is not their fault that they do not understand the true meaning of the Bible. On the other hand, anyone who falsely interprets the Bible (2 Pet 3:16), that person does not know God’s will and is behaving arrogantly. Before the book is opened, it could only be taught according to men’s rules, but once it is opened, from that time on it should not be taught according to men’s rules. If Adam had sinned by eating from the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, would he have died and returned to dust (Gen 3:19)?

  • When is God’s work being fulfilled?

God’s long work is finally being fulfilled in Revelation of the New Testament.

The goal was to create the new kingdom of the twelve tribes in Revelation.

These twelve tribes are God’s kingdom and priests and the great multitude dressed in white (Rv 5:9-10, 7:9-14); they are God’s nation and people. Just for this purpose, God took a long time to fulfill His work. God’s new kingdom is the one on which God, Jesus, and the Holy City New Jerusalem (spiritual heaven) in Revelation 3:12 come down upon.

It is the place where the one who overcomes is at. It is Shincheonji Church of Jesus the Temple of the Tabernacle of the Testimony in Revelation 15:4-5, 21:1.

Let's see if it true or not, in the bible.

New Heaven and New Earth, Shincheonji

The New Heaven and New Earth,
 Shincheonji

Main references: Rv 21 (Rv 6, Rv 7)

What are the new heaven and new earth in the main chapter? What are the first heaven and first earth that ceased to exist?

The first heaven and earth that passed away was the tabernacle of the Spiritual Israelites and their congregation members. The new heaven and new earth is the tabernacle that is re-created and its congregation members.

The tabernacle (the dwelling place of the saints) is referred to as heaven because God’s chosen people are symbolized by the sun, moon, and stars (refer to Gn 37:9-11), and thus, the place (the tabernacle) where the sun, moon, and stars are, becomes heaven. Moses saw what was in heaven and built the tabernacle on earth accordingly (Ex 25). Therefore, the tabernacle of Moses was heaven on earth. Jesus proclaimed, “Repent, for the kingdom of heaven is near!” (Mt 4:17). He also said, “Your will be done on earth as it is done in heaven” (Mt 6:10). According to these words, the kingdom of God that Jesus established with his disciples here on earth (refer to Jn 5:19-20) was heaven, that is, the tabernacle, Spiritual Israel.

Since man was formed from dust (Gn 2), dust or earth figuratively refers to flesh. The heaven and earth that passed away was the first heaven that Jesus started, and that has lasted for the past 2,000 years. The new heaven and new earth is the second heaven that is created today at the second coming. The short term for the new heaven and new earth in Chinese is Shincheonji.

The main reference, Revelation 21:1, shows the old and the new things. These old and new things are equated to the worlds of Adam and Noah, the worlds of Noah and the Physical Israelites, and the worlds of the physical Israelites and the spiritual Israelites. The new thing is created again after the previous thing becomes corrupt, aging, and obselete.

The Old Testament was fulfilled at Jesus’ first coming, and the New Testament is fulfilled at Jesus’ second coming.
