Christian media such as CBS, KMIB, etc. and Old denomination pastors have been slandering Shincheonji Church of Jesus Temple of the Tabernacle of the Testimony by distorting meanings of Shincheonji’s teachings (doctrines).
Even though they proclaim their action is for criticizing doctrine; however, their insistence are very different from Shincheonji’s doctrine. By slandering distorted example, it is considered as one of many falsified reports. The following list shows truth and represent distorted proclaims from old denominations.

The criticism is coming from places of unbelief in “hope of eternal life” in the biblical point of view.
All Christians cannot deny God has promised about eternal life (Ps133:3, Jn3:15-16, Jn5:39, Jn6:40, Tit1:2, 1Jn5:13). However, only God knows when the promise of giving eternal life is fulfilled (Act1:7, 1Th5:1). The congregation members of Shincheonji are putting efforts not to lose “hope of eternal life” according to the scripture saying be alert and self-controlled (1Th5:6).

CCK, Arbitrarily Labels Shincheonji Church of Jesus as ‘Heresy’

Alerted by the dramatic growth of Shincheonji Church of Jesus (also known as ‘Shincheonji’), Korean Christian churches are arbitrarily labeling Shincheonji as ‘heresy’ in order to stop their own congregation members from going to Shincheonji.
They are still spreading the falsely broadcasted content of MBC PD Note MBC PD Note’s program regarding Shincheonji was clarified as false and biased by the prosecutors, police, and the Ministry of Culture and Tourism in Korea. Such clarification was also reported and published in the media(Court’s Ruling: MBC to Air Correction and Rebuttal on False, Biased Reporting) as if it is the truth.
The CCK, treats anyone who does not belong to its own denomination as a ‘heretic.’ This is why the CCK is calling Shincheonji a heresy, for it does not belong to the CCK.
Through several letters and seminars, Shincheonji said, “If we, in Shincheonji have ever falsely testified the word of God, then point it out based on the Bible.” However, nothing was brought up by the CCK.
The CCK is using all kinds of cruel methods on the congregation members of the denomination which they arbitrarily labeled as a heresy to force them to believe in the CCK’s own doctrines.

Shincheonji, Church of Jesus, the Temple of the Tabernacle of Testimony (Shincheonji Church), which bases its life of faith on the Word from the Holy Bible, is growing rapidly as the number of the church members are reaching 170,000. It is revealed that the Shincheonji Church is not affiliated with the corrupted Christian Council of Korea (CCK), but rather centers the life of faith on the Word.

Survey shows rapid increase of positive feelings towards the church, and expectation on the volunteers is higher than ever
"After seeing it myself, Shincheonji church is nothing like what I had heard from people."
According to a survey conducted by the Shincheonji officials, it turned out that local residents that had negative feelings towards the Shincheonji church have drastically changed.
A doors open event was organized by the Shincheonji church to communicate openly with the people and to think about the region's development together. The event was conducted all through the twelve tribes of the church since the last July, and total of hundred people had participated in the survey regarding the visit. According to the survey, it turned out that local residents that had negative feelings towards the Shincheonji church have changed drastically.
Before the open doors event, the survey shows only 47 percent of the respondents had positive feelings towards the church, 34 percent answered they were neutral, and 19 percent answered they had negative feelings towards the church.
When the respondents were asked if they would revisit the church in the future, 73 percent of the locals answered they would, 24 percent remained 'neutral', and merely three percent answered 'they would not'. The result of the survey clearly shows the local residents' willingness to take part in the future events held by the church.
The respondents were also asked in which field of service the region they most require by the Shincheonji volunteers, 30 percent answered 'helping out the people in need', 23 percent 'providing cultural spaces', 15 percent 'beautification of the region', 13 percent 'medical services', and lastly 11 percent 'cleaning the environment'.
They were also questioned what kind of activities that the church could do to benefit the region, the requirement for regional communication spaces marked 35 percent which was the highest, unique volunteering works marked 33 percent, participating in artistic performances 25 percent, volunteer crime-prevention 6 percent, and other requirements marked 1 percent. Through the research, it became clear that local residents wanted the Shincheonji church to take charge of the regional communication field, and the need for unique volunteering suitable for the region and artistic performances is high.
The participants remarked the visit by saying"I can see that the number of the believers coming to the church is growing rapidly, and they all have a bright smile on their faces. I was able to learn that the Shincheonji church have been volunteering widely in all kinds of fields for a long time. I will actively participate in the church's future events in developing the region".
