CBS side ☞ CBS broadcasted lies that in Shincheonji it is taught that the leader is the second coming of Jesus, God, counselor, etc. 

Shincheonji side ☞ Shincheonji has never taught the leader of Shincheonji to be the second coming of Jesus, God, counselor, etc.
The leader of Shincheonji is a pastor Jesus chose (refer to Rev 22:16) therefore, he cannot be Jesus. Those who persecute with lies need to think back to themselves of which spirit is with them!

Shincheonji side ☞ Shincheonji is working to restore the faith according to the Bible and to fulfill God’s will on earth by doing the work of the light in the dark world. The conversion pastors are the ones who are causing problems in society by violating human rights through coercive conversion educations. Conversion pastors need to realize this and repent.

Does CBS know that all religious organizations have the right to evangelize?

CBS side ☞ CBS broadcasted unfairly and denounced Shincheonji’s evangelism to be selfish for wanting to raise results.

Shincheonji side ☞ Religions have the right to evangelize no matter what church it is. Existing churches view evangelism with value but it is unfair to say that when Shincheonji evangelizes to save lives it is considered “selfish” or as “deception.” The people of Shincheonji did not come by force or coercion but they came by their own will and judgment. Shincheonji is spreading the gospel with the heart of loving the souls and to complete God’s nation promised in the Bible (New Testament).

CBS side | CBS broadcasted lies that Shincheonji as an antisocial group that destroyed homes and brain washed the congregation members.
 
Shincheonji side | Shincheonji did not destroy homes but instead the coercive conversion pastors who are "the Shincheonji profiteers", slaves to money did by raising the coercive conversion education fee and abusing the love in family of Shincheonji people. The pastors lied and provoked insecurities within families, which is the main cause for destroyed homes. Also, by forcing power in oppressive situations the pastors force groundless generalization and their own doctrines to a person, this is brainwashing.

Shincheonji is fulfilling peace through movements such as the alliance of religion, cessation of war and world peace. These movements and nation-love events were never done before. Therefore, Shincheonji is not an antisocial group but instead a pro-social organization.

Shincheonji side ☞ A pit is parabolized to explain the difficulty of coming out of unhappiness and troubles. Everybody has the freedom of religion. Congregation members entered Shincheonji by their own will.

Shincheonji is God’s nation created according to the promise of the New Testament therefore, entering Shincheonji (‘fell into’ is the wrong expression) cannot be the same as falling into a pit.

If one knows the Bible then, they cannot say this.

Shincheonji side ☞ In Shincheonji the freedom of belief is guaranteed, personal rights are respected, and God and Jesus’s love is practiced; therefore, it is impossible to have violence, confinement, brainwashing, and coercion. Also, brainwashing is changing the conscious a person once had in a different direction or altering a person’s mind to follow a specific ideology and thought. Shincheonji teaches with the Bible and there is no brainwashing done. On the contrary, coercive conversion pastors distort the truth, lie to Shincheonji congregation members, neglect the congregation members’ rights, defame them, forcefully practice the conversion education with their own standard (this is brainwashing), have the families violate individual rights by confining and assaulting instead to evade the law, and so on.

However, there may be congregation members who are personally passionate or have personal issues that lead to leaving jobs, households, school and etc. That is why each tribe made an official note on educating congregation members to not get a divorce, leave school or work and etc., because of their faith.

The coercive conversion education is an illegal education that violates the law that assures the freedom of religion. Coercive conversion pastors aggravate troubles and conflicts in the family with distorted lies that eventually leads them to kidnap, confine, and use violence. Also, during this coercive education, families quit their job, school, and housework. Even after all this if the individual is not converted they are put into a mental institution.
